A resin detail accessory from the Quickboost brand by Aires in 1:32 scale. The set replaces the exhaust stubs on a model with finely rendered resin parts. It is not a model of the aircraft but an aftermarket accessory that raises the fidelity of the engine area. This variant is meant for the Bf 109E (Emil) version.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109E, nicknamed Emil, was a German single-seat fighter from the start of the Second World War with a liquid-cooled Daimler-Benz inverted V12 engine. The exhaust stubs emerged along the sides of the forward fuselage.
Wash the parts free of mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with super glue. Drilling out the mouths of the exhausts and shading them will bring the detail out.
