Eduard 1:32 F-104 exhaust nozzle early version is a resin (Brassin) set from the manufacturer Eduard with the exhaust nozzle of the engine for the model of the F-104 Starfighter fighter in 1:32 scale. It is not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail set from the Brassin line of the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is not a model of an airplane but an accessory: the set holds a faithfully rendered exhaust nozzle of the engine in the early rendering for the Lockheed F-104 Starfighter fighter in 1:32 scale. Machines from the YF-104 prototypes up to the F-104G version were fitted with this type of nozzle.
The Lockheed F-104 Starfighter was an American supersonic fighter aircraft with a markedly slender fuselage and very short straight wings. It was powered by the General Electric J79 turbojet engine. The Starfighter served with a number of air forces and became known for its high speed as well as its rate of climb.
Wash the resin parts clean of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the inside of the nozzle in metallic shades with heat and soot transitions while the rear of the fuselage is still open.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
