A detail cockpit set for the carrier-based fighter and attack aircraft F/A-18C Hornet in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Aires. The resin accessory replaces the basic interior of a plastic kit with a faithfully detailed cabin: the cockpit tub, a modern instrument panel with displays, the side panels and the ejection seat.
The F/A-18C Hornet is an American single-seat carrier-based multirole aircraft able to carry out fighter as well as attack tasks. It is marked by a modern glass cockpit with multifunction displays and by deployment from the decks of aircraft carriers.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. The instrument displays come out well after painting; a fine wash and dry brushing of the edges will underline the interior.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, not an aircraft model. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
