A set of self-adhesive painting masks for applying the camouflage pattern to a large model of the German liaison and observation aircraft Fieseler Fi-156 Storch in 1:32 scale from the maker AML. Unlike masks for the glazing, these masks lay out the shapes of the camouflage on the fuselage and the wings, so that even with an airbrush you get sharp and repeatable transitions of the color scheme. The target kit is Tamiya.
The Fi-156 Storch was famous for its ability to take off and land in a short distance and to fly extremely slowly. It was used for liaison, observation and rescue duties and carried a range of period camouflage schemes.
The mask does not hold paints or glue; it serves only for masking while spraying.
