A detail set of German 20 mm MG 151/20 aircraft autocannons in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Aires. The resin accessory faithfully renders the guns themselves and makes it possible to display them in open gun bays or to use them as stand-alone details.
The MG 151/20 was a German 20 mm aircraft autocannon widely used during the Second World War. It was installed in a number of fighter and ground-attack aircraft, among others in versions of the Fw 190 and the Bf 109, whether in the fuselage, in the wings or in underwing gun pods.
Wash the mold release agent off the fine resin parts and separate them carefully from the casting blocks, as the thin sections are fragile. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). A dark base and fine dry brushing will underline the metallic appearance of the guns.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, not an aircraft model. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
