Eduard — rudder pedals of German aircraft for the large 1:32 scale, made by direct 3D printing. A universal accessory for a model cockpit, not the model itself.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detail set of 3D printed rudder pedals of German Second World War aircraft in the large 1:32 scale from Eduard. According to the manufacturer the package holds three pairs of pedals (6 parts); decals, etched parts and masks are not included. The pedals replace the simplified plastic parts from the kit.
In 1:32 scale the cockpit is practically the shop window of a finished model — under an open canopy the floor, the levers and the pedals are all visible. This is exactly where the technology of direct 3D printing pays off: it can bring out fine braces, grooved pedal plates and openings an injection mold could never open. The larger the scale, the more mercilessly the difference between a plastic blank and a faithful part stands out.
Choosing by scale: this set is intended for models in 1:32. Eduard offers the same pedals for 1:48 scale as well — if you are building a model in 1:48, order the smaller version, as the 1:32 parts would be uselessly large.
For modelers building German aircraft in the large 1:32 scale who want a faithful cockpit. It calls for experience with fragile printed parts and with cyanoacrylate.
This is not an aircraft model. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
