A premium injection-molded plastic kit in the attractive 1:32 scale from the Japanese brand Tamiya. Thanks to the large scale the richly detailed cockpit, the wheel bays and the details of the airframe all come into their own. The model depicts the Japanese version of the legendary air superiority fighter and is a rewarding basis for precise building as well as for detailed painting.
The F-15J is a license-built variant of the American F-15C Eagle, produced by Mitsubishi for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force. This twin-engine heavy air superiority fighter with a powerful radar and long range has for decades been the backbone of Japanese air defense. Characteristic features are the large wing area, the twin fins and the striking maneuverability.
Cut the parts from the sprues with a sharp knife and bond the joints with thin modeling cement for plastic. Apply a filler primer before painting; the spraying itself is best done with an airbrush. Bring out the gray camouflage scheme by gently varying the panel lines and do not forget the sequence of clear coats under the decals.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
