Responsibility details are not available.
A large injection-molded plastic kit of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109E-7 fighter in its tropical configuration (Trop) in 1:32 scale in the edition of Hobby 2000. It is a reboxing of a good injection-molded tooling supplemented with new decals printed by a first-class process and with new box art. Thanks to the large scale it offers a richly broken-down model with pronounced detail. Check the actual package contents and the number of marking options against the manufacturer's part number for this item.
The Bf 109E Emil was the basic version of the Messerschmitt at the beginning of the Second World War. The E-7 version brought the ability to carry a drop tank or a bomb on an under-fuselage rack, which increased its range. The tropical configuration (Trop) was intended for service in the dusty conditions of North Africa and the Mediterranean — the aircraft were given dust filters on the engine intake and desert camouflage. They were powered by the inverted V12 Daimler-Benz DB 601 engine.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and sand the joints carefully. In the large scale it pays to paint and emphasize the cockpit interior thoroughly before you close the fuselage. Complete desert schemes after the clear coat and the decals with a wash of the panel lines and fine dust wear with pigments, which matches service in a sandy environment.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
