Red Fox Studio 1:32 Messerschmitt Me 262A-1/A-2 with R4M panels and a bomb selector is a color 3D instrument panel for the cockpit of a model from the Trumpeter kit. It is a detail accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A three-dimensional (3D) instrument panel from Red Fox Studio in 1:32 scale. The pre-painted self-adhesive detail with a plastic, uneven surface faithfully imitates the dials, switches and the sheen of the glass covers. The set also holds the control panels for the R4M rockets and a bomb selector, so it covers the fighter (A-1) as well as the fighter-bomber (A-2) version. It serves to improve the cockpit of a plastic Me 262A model from the Trumpeter kit markedly.
The Messerschmitt Me 262 was the first jet fighter in the world used in combat, powered by a pair of jet engines under the wings. The A-1 version was a pure fighter; some of the machines carried unguided R4M rockets against bomber formations, while the A-2 was adapted to carry bombs.
It is not a kit of the aircraft. It is a color detail accessory for the cockpit of an Me 262A model; the model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
