Metal anchor points GasPatch Anchor Points / Eyelets — a set of 60 tiny eyelets for anchoring rigging wires on biplane models in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains 60 metal anchor points (eyelets) for modeling rigging in 1:32 scale. It is not a model, but a fine accessory. An anchor point is a tiny eyelet that you seat into the airframe as a firm attachment into which the rigging wire is anchored — unlike a turnbuckle it does not serve to tension the wire but to anchor the thread firmly.
On biplanes the shape of the wing cell is held by a system of wires stretched between fixed points on the fuselage and the wings. These metal eyelets replace those attachments with a realistic part instead of a mere hole drilled into the plastic. They are combined with turnbuckles, which form the other end of the wire.
For advanced aircraft modelers who rig biplanes in 1:32 scale and want realistically rendered anchor points.
Very tiny metal parts. Work with tweezers and take care that the parts are not lost; keep out of the reach of children.
