1:32 Spandau WWI gun is a resin set of Spandau aircraft machine guns of the First World War in 1:32 scale from Eduard.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the BRASSIN line is a resin detail accessory, not a model of an aircraft. It contains precisely cast Spandau aircraft machine guns in 1:32 scale, usually complemented by photo-etched parts for the finest details, such as the barrel cooling jackets. It is used to make the armament of models of German fighters of the First World War markedly more convincing.
The Spandau (an aircraft machine gun derived from the LMG 08/15) was the standard fixed synchronized weapon of German fighter aircraft of the First World War. It fired through the propeller arc and formed the main armament of machines such as the Fokker and the Albatros.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them carefully from the casting blocks. Join both the resin and the photo-etch with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The guns look best over a dark metal base with a fine dry brush to bring out the texture of the jacket.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
