Quickboost 1:32 landing gear bay doors for the Spitfire Mk.IXc is a resin accessory that replaces the plastic gear doors with thin, finely cast parts.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin detail accessory in 1:32 scale from the Quickboost brand (a line of the manufacturer Aires), not an aircraft model in its own right. The set brings replacement landing gear bay doors for models of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IXc fighter.
The cast doors are thinner and have a more accurate relief on the inner and outer face than is usual for plastic parts. Once glued in place they give the landing gear area of the model a considerably more realistic look, which shows well in the large 1:32 scale.
For modelers who want to improve the detail of a large Spitfire beyond what is in the box.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the kit are not included in the package.
