A DN Models set in 1:32 scale for spraying the British camouflage of pattern A onto a model of the legendary Supermarine Spitfire fighter. The masks are cut from thin masking tape that follows the curved surfaces of the wings and of the fuselage and leaves no marks once peeled off. It is not a paint and not a kit but an aid for precise division of the camouflage fields.
The Supermarine Spitfire is a British single-engine fighter of the Second World War with a distinctive elliptical wing, one of the most famous aircraft in history. Camouflage pattern A was the standard scheme of the upper surfaces; its mirrored variant was designated pattern B.
Lay the masks onto a perfectly dry lighter shade of the camouflage and press the edges down carefully so that the paint cannot creep under them; then spray the darker shade. The large 1:32 scale makes accurate placement easier. Once the paint has dried, remove the masks carefully.
Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
