1:32 Su-25M1 / Su-25UBM1 Frogfoot Ukrainian Digital Camo Paint Mask Set is a DN Models set with three sheets of cutouts for the pixel camouflage of the Ukrainian attack aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
Three sheets of pre-cut masks from the DN Models brand cover the whole pixel pattern and are prepared so as to serve the single-seat and the two-seat rendition of the attack aircraft alike. The semi-transparent material makes it possible to carry the pattern over across the panel seams precisely and it also takes a bend over the edge of the wing.
The designations M1 and UBM1 are carried by upgraded renditions of the proven subsonic attack aircraft, modified for the Ukrainian Air Force. The machines received new equipment for navigation and weapons delivery and with it an unusual finish made up of small square fields. The digital pattern breaks up the outline of the aircraft when seen from above over broken terrain, and a pattern like that is practically impossible to achieve by masking by hand.
First get your bearings on the model as to where each part of the pattern lies, and only then start peeling. The pixels have sharp corners that are easily undercut, so go over them with a blunt point once applied. Apply the paint at right angles from above and in thin layers; with a slanting spray it would run under the edge and the fine squares would lose their shape.
