A detail set of exhaust nozzles for the Su-27 Flanker B fighter in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Aires. The resin accessory replaces the simplified nozzles of a plastic kit with faithfully rendered terminations of the two engines, with inner as well as outer petals and a fine structure.
The Su-27 Flanker is a Soviet, later Russian heavy twin-engined fighter aircraft for air superiority. Two powerful engines ending in characteristic nozzles are among its conspicuous elements.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate them from the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. The nozzles come out well with metallic shades and heat-stained transitions; bring out the inner surfaces with a dark wash.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, not an aircraft model. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
