An injection-molded plastic kit of the German police and staff car with Kübel type seats from the end of the 1930s. The model in the popular 1:35 scale holds plastic parts, decals and instructions. The vehicle is a rewarding subject for dioramas with a period theme.
Kübelsitzwagen denotes open military and police cars with characteristic bucket seats. These forms were derived from civilian cars and from 1937 onward served the German police and the armed forces for staff and liaison duties. The open body and the simple layout make them a typical means of transport of the period.
First finish the chassis and the interior, which is clearly visible on an open car. The details of the cabin and the instrument panel come out with brush painting and dry highlighting of the edges. It is a good idea to spray the body by airbrush and add washes to bring the panels out. The vehicle works splendidly in a figure diorama.
The model comes unassembled and unpainted. The glue, the paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
