Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker IBG Models captures the British Bedford QLR truck in its signals (radio) version with a closed box body. The model is supplied as a set of parts to be assembled and painted.
The Bedford QL was a family of three-ton trucks with all-wheel drive that the British army used widely in the Second World War. The QLR variant served as a mobile signals post: the box body carried radio equipment and served as a mobile command and communications station for units. The vehicles saw use on most of the battlefields where British and Allied forces operated.
Assemble the chassis and the frame carefully, so that the vehicle stands level on all its wheels. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement, and separate the small parts with a sharp knife. We recommend spraying a base coat and using an airbrush; the typical British olive can be brought to life with a wash, veiling filters and dust pigments on the chassis. It is worth spraying the box body before the final assembly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
