A resin set of British fuel cans of the 1943 pattern (1:35, 12 pieces) from GasPatch models. Finely cast cans for vehicles and dioramas.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin accessory set, not a kit of a vehicle. The package contains twelve finely cast British cans for fuel of the period pattern of the year 1943 in 1:35 scale. The cans bring the load of vehicles, supply scenes and field depots to life and offer a more realistic form than ordinary plastic imitations.
British cans for fuel were among the typical equipment of Allied vehicles of the Second World War. The pattern of the year 1943 differed in shape and form from the German and from later types, which matters for the period accuracy of a diorama. The cans were carried in the holders of vehicles and stowed loose in a load.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks, wash the release agent off and clean them up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). A realistic look is supported by a base color, a fine wash and the revealing of worn edges; the markings can be suggested with a decal or with a thin brush.
This is a resin accessory set. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
