Responsibility details are not available.
The figure from the PANZER ART figure series captures a British tanker handling 75 mm ammunition. The number in the name distinguishes the individual poses inside the subseries, so a modeler can choose a particular gesture according to his own scene.
In the Second World War the 75 mm gun was the basic armament of British armored vehicles including the Shermans and the Cromwells. Replenishing ammunition belonged to the ordinary work of a crew out of combat and in modeling terms it is a rewarding scene, because the figure holds a distinct object and the scene immediately gains a legible story even without the vehicle moving. Work with a heavy round moreover gives the figure a natural lean of the body, which comes into its own well in a composition.
The crew's coveralls tend to be uniform in color, so help yourself with grading the tone: lighter on the shoulders and the thighs, darker in the armpits and behind the knees. Leave the metal element in the figure's hands more matte than its surroundings and suggest wear only on the edges. The hands and the forearms have a lot of work in this pose, so devote time to them. Plan the painting so that the figure can be seated by the vehicle still before the details are finished.
The finished look is given to the figure only by painting according to your own subject.
