A resin set of road wheels from the manufacturer PANZER ART for models of the Soviet infantry fighting vehicles BMP-1 and BMP-2. The castings capture wheels with burnt and deformed rubber, which serve to depict a knocked-out or burnt-out vehicle faithfully. The set serves as a replacement for the parts from the base kit and is meant for more advanced modelers.
The BMP-1 and the BMP-2 that followed it were Soviet tracked infantry fighting vehicles with a low silhouette, an amphibious capability and a turret with a cannon. They spread widely among a number of armies and are in use to this day in many modifications.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The damage stands out once the wheels have been airbrushed and brought out with pigments and the wash technique.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
