It is not a model but a small resin accessory with which you replace coarse plastic fasteners and bring fidelity to hatches, panels and tie-down points on models of vehicles and equipment. The number 3 in the name marks a particular type, that is a shape and size, within the range. It is made by the Ukrainian brand Metallic Details.
Butterfly screws are used in reality to fasten covers, engine deck hatches or additional equipment quickly by hand. In 1:35 scale they are large enough to stand out on a model, and a faithful rendering of them is a mark of a well worked out build.
Separate the tiny resin parts carefully from the casting frame, clean off the mold release agent and glue them precisely with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint them to match the surrounding surface; a dark glaze in the recesses brings out the metallic look.
