PANZER ART 1:35 C166 British Ammo Boxes is a set of resin ammunition boxes for bringing models and dioramas of British vehicles to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin accessory in 1:35 scale from the Polish brand PANZER ART, not a model on its own. The set contains British ammunition boxes that liven up the cargo area of vehicles, an artillery position or a diorama with Allied vehicles of the Second World War period.
Ammunition boxes are part of the typical equipment of a battlefield and add credibility to a scene. The castings have crisply executed detail of the construction, the metal fittings and the surface, which is hard to achieve with injection-molded plastic. They suit use as cargo on a cargo bed, as an accessory beside a gun, or placed loose about the terrain.
First wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully cut the casting blocks away and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. For a realistic look of wood and metal, a base coat with an airbrush, lightened shades and weathering with washes and pigments work well.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as resin castings. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
