The windows and the camouflage of the Russian armored car Tigr GAZ-233014 STS, 1:35 are dealt with here by a single set, which is not usual with wheeled equipment.

An armored off-road car has one peculiarity compared with tracked machines: a large glazed area. This set therefore contains both the camouflage shapes for the body and masks for the windows, which sets it apart from most of the others in the range for ground equipment.
The vehicle with four driven wheels came about as an armored carrier for reconnaissance and police tasks, and from the mid-2000s it became an ordinary part of Russian equipment. The STS designation refers to the armored version intended for carrying personnel. The angular body with a markedly sloped front and with windows in armored frames gives the model a shape where the surfaces meet at sharp angles.
The order of work cannot be got around on a glazed vehicle. Mask the windows right after degreasing the parts, before the base color; seal any gaps at the edges with liquid mask if necessary. Only then comes the base shade, after it has cured the camouflage films and the further colors. Take the masks off the glass last of all, after the matte coat or the varnishing, so that no adhesive imprint is left on the clear part.
The set brings only the films themselves, not paints or a model of the car.
