This is a set of detailed 3D-printed resin parts in 1:35 scale, not a kit of the gun. The set captures the empty fired cases of the German 5 cm antitank gun. It serves for finishing off a scene at a firing position: cases scattered around the crew add to the credibility of a diorama.
After a shot, an empty brass case was left at the gun and thrown clear by the crew. Piles of fired cases are typical features of active firing positions and give a diorama movement and a story.
Separate the parts carefully from the carrier blocks, clean the faces up and wash them in lukewarm water with detergent. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint them in brass shades; light polishing, a darker wash and a hint of sooting at the mouth bring out a used look.
The set is supplied as unpainted resin parts. Glue, paints and a model of the gun are not included in the package.
