This plastic figure kit in 1:35 scale from Master Box captures a genre scene from the end of the Second World War in Europe, from the spring of 1945, when the fighting ended. The package holds four figures, soldiers together with civilian characters celebrating the end of the war.
The German capitulation in May 1945 brought a wave of joy and relief. Soldiers and civilians were returning to normal life and celebrating peace. The set captures this everyday but symbolic moment and offers a subject for a more civilian, less combat-oriented diorama.
Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic and dry-fit them before gluing. A base ground, more varied colors of civilian clothing in contrast with the uniforms, fine shading and washes all work well. Complete the scene with a suitable base or small accessories.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
