A set of figures of a modern French patrol in 1:35 scale. A patrol in the streets is a rewarding subject for a modeler for two reasons: it needs no hardware with it and it fits on a small base. A piece of paving, a curb, a railing and the scene stands.
These are figures for a scene of their own or for completing a vehicle in the same scale. The 1:35 scale carries fine painting of a face and shading of fabric and is widespread enough that bases, urban accessories and display cases for it are easy to find. Figures in a civilian setting also work well in pairs and threes, because they create a relationship among themselves. A small detail helps too, for example one figure turned a different way from the rest.
Cut any excess material away a little distance from the part with a sharp blade and sand the remainder. Wash and degrease the parts before painting. Choose the glue to match the material of the parts: liquid modeling cement for polystyrene, cyanoacrylate for parts of other materials. With plain contemporary uniforms it works well to use shades of a single color, so that the figure does not look flat. The assembly procedure is described in the manufacturer's instructions.
Paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
