French tanker reading the map 1940, No. 2 (1:35) is a resin figure of a French tank crewman from the start of the Second World War. It calls for assembly and painting.
Responsibility details are not available.
A separate resin figure in 1:35 scale from the French brand Dynamo-Models capturing a French tank crewman of 1940 in the pose of studying a map. The model is digitally sculpted and cast in quality resin, with a well-worked period uniform and helmet. The package contains one unglued and unpainted figure, and in this range there are usually alternative heads.
The figure portrays a member of the French armored forces during the fighting for France in 1940. French tank crews wore a characteristic leather or canvas coverall and a helmet with a protective brow. The pose with a map suits command scenes and dioramas of the 1940 campaign.
Before building, wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and glue the joints with super glue; wear a respirator while sanding. Paint the coverall with an airbrush and bring the recesses out with washes and dry brushes; the face and the map are shaded with fine layers of paint.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
