The Sd.Kfz.251/1 Ausf.D Schützenpanzer is an AFV Club plastic kit in 1:35 scale of the German half-track armored personnel carrier.
Responsibility details are not available.
This plastic kit from the manufacturer AFV Club represents the German half-track armored personnel carrier Sd.Kfz.251/1 in the Ausf.D version in 1:35 scale. The model is supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit; the contents of the package are stated by the manufacturer.
The Sd.Kfz.251 was the most widespread German medium half-track carrier of the Second World War. The Ausf.D version had a simplified, more economical rear section of the hull and side bins with sloped walls. The basic /1 variant served to carry infantry (Schützenpanzer) and was deployed on every front.
Finish the running gear and the interior of the fighting compartment first, and close up the hull only afterwards. Use liquid cement for plastic, treat the surface with a primer and apply the paint with an airbrush. The open fighting compartment invites added equipment, figures and a patina of a wash and dust pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
