A resin figure of a tank officer in a winter coat in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. It is not a model of a vehicle but an accessory for one. The figure suits a tank model, a turret hatch and a winter diorama scene, where it gives the subject scale and hints at a story. The 1:35 scale offers the most scope for working with other accessories, because the vast majority of military vehicles come out in it.
The manufacturer makes two standalone figures of an officer in a winter coat, number 1 and number 2, and a set alongside them. This item is the standalone figure number 1. Its pose and the cut of the coat are stated on the box.
Wash the casting in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap, otherwise release agent is left on it and the paint will flake. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw, finish the surfaces by wet sanding and protect your breathing while sanding resin. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). A long coat is a rewarding surface for working with shadows, so after the filler apply the base tone, then darken the recesses and lighten the edges of the folds. Leave the face and hands until the end. A matte varnish will unify the whole figure and even out the difference in sheen between cloth and skin.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the vehicle model are not included in the package.
