This pre-painted photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:35 scale raises the level of interior detail on a model of the American HEMTT heavy off-road truck. The color-printed parts cover cab elements, the instrument panel and other internal fittings, so painting the tiny panels becomes unnecessary. It is not a stand-alone model, but an upgrade accessory.
The HEMTT is an American heavy off-road truck with all-wheel drive, used by the army to carry cargo and fuel and as a carrier for mission modules. The roomy cab contains a range of controls and instruments which this set reproduces faithfully.
Separate the etched parts with a sharp knife and make the bends along the grooves with a bending tool. Do not sand the color-printed areas; touch up small areas with a brush. Add the interior before closing the cab, so that it stays easily accessible.
The set is an accessory to a plastic kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
