The photo-etched set Eduard 1:35 Hetzer Mid. Production adds fine detail to a plastic model of the German tank destroyer Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer in the mid production version. It is an accessory, not a kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of photo-etched parts from Eduard in 1:35 scale serves to render a model of the Hetzer tank destroyer in the mid production version in greater detail. It is not a vehicle model but an accessory for a finished plastic kit. Sets for armor usually bring side skirts and fenders, grilles and covers for the engine compartment, tool clamps, chains and other fine elements that replace the coarser plastic parts.
The Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer was a German light tank destroyer of the end of the Second World War, built on the proven chassis of a Czechoslovak tank. Thanks to its low silhouette, well-armored front and a gun able to destroy Allied tanks, it became one of the most widely used machines of its kind. The mid production version differs from the early and late ones in details of equipment and execution.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a hard surface, make the bends over a bending tool and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Plan your sequence before closing the hull and fitting the side skirts. Once the parts are on, the model lends itself very well to weathering, that is, washes and pigments for mud and dust effects, which bring the photo-etched detail out even more.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a kit. The vehicle model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
