A resin replacement for the frontal part of the hull in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. This is not a complete model but a part that replaces the front armor plate of the base kit together with the driver's flap, that is his vision port. The set is intended for the Soviet KV-1 and KV-2 heavy tanks and faithfully captures the cast or welded structure of the frontal armor.
The resin casting offers a more accurate shape of the front plate, the welds and the detail of the driver's flap, which are hard to achieve in plastic. It gives a model a more faithful look to the front area of the hull.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut off the casting block and bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting. Bring up the texture of the armor and the welds with a wash and drybrushing.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. Using it requires the matching base kit.
