This is a sizable diorama building, not a model of a vehicle or an aircraft. The set from the manufacturer RT-Diorama represents a large church in 1:35 scale, suitable as the dominant feature of more extensive combat and historical dioramas. It combines cast building parts, laser-cut elements (the roof trusses and window frames, for example) and precise 3D printed additions, so the resulting building looks very convincing. The church tower reaches a considerable height, which makes the model a striking focal point of a scene.
The church forms a backdrop for figures, vehicles and other elements of a diorama. It makes it possible to depict an urban or a rural battlefield, damaged architecture or a quieter scene, and it gives the setting scale and atmosphere.
Clean any casting remnants and print supports off the parts, sand them if necessary and fill the joints. Spray the masonry with a base color, bring out the shades with a dry brush and deepen the joints and recesses with a wash. With pigments you can create dust, moss and the marks of age.
The building is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, figures and vehicles are not included in the package.
