The set contains a pair of late drive sprockets for models of the German tank Panzer III and of the StuG III assault gun in 1:35 scale. It is not a vehicle kit but a resin accessory that replaces the plastic drive sprockets with a more accurate casting with crisp teeth and pressed features.
Both the Panzer III and the StuG III assault gun built on its chassis were among the backbone of the German armored units. During the war the design of the drive sprockets changed; this set captures the late pattern. A faithful drive sprocket is the key to the track meshing correctly and to the overall accuracy of the running gear.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut the casting blocks away and clear the flash from the teeth. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate); use respiratory protection when sanding resin. Before fitting the tracks, check the correct orientation and the pitch of the teeth.
This is a resin accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, without the base kit, glue and paints.
