A small accessory for figures in 1:35 scale: the helmet of the German civil air defense, known by the name Gladiator.
Responsibility details are not available.
Luftschutz was the name of the German civil air defense in the Second World War. Its members wore a helmet with a prominent comb on the crown, for which the name Gladiator took hold among collectors. It differs from military helmets in shape at a glance, so even a small figure can be placed at once in a civilian setting during air raids.
An accessory for figures and for a scene in 1:35 scale, made as a Luftschutz Gladiator type helmet. The same subject also comes in 1:16, 1:48 and 1:72 scales, so it can be matched with figures of different sizes.
It will be appreciated by the modeler who builds a scene from the German home front in the Second World War, a diorama of a hit after an air raid or civilian figures beside fire and rescue vehicles. It also suits changing the head or the headgear on a figure that is to pass for a member of the air defense.
Figures, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
