This is NOT a model but a photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard in 1:35 scale, aimed at the interior of the American M26 heavy tractor. The set brings fine etched parts in brass that replace or supplement plastic parts of the cab and the interior and markedly raise the fidelity of the finished model.
The M26 Dragon Wagon was an American heavy wheeled tractor of the Second World War, used together with a semi-trailer for transporting and recovering tanks. The armored cab of the tractor carried its own armament and withstood small arms fire. The interior of the armored cab offers a good many details that a photo-etched set helps to render faithfully.
Separate the etched parts carefully on a hard mat and make the bends along the etched score lines. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and degrease the parts before painting. It is best to finish and paint the interior before the cab is closed up.
This is an add-on photo-etched set. The model itself, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
