Injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from Magic Factory in the Dual Combo release: the box holds two MRZR D4 vehicles with different equipment (an armed version with a trailer and a counter-drone version) and one trailer. Photo-etched parts and rubber tires are included. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The MRZR D4 is a light four-seat all-terrain vehicle developed for the American special operations command on the basis of a compact off-road platform. It is light enough to be carried by air, for example by the MV-22 Osprey tiltrotor. It is used in combat operations and in difficult terrain on rescue and other tasks; it serves the American special forces and the Marine Corps.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and the fine photo-etched fittings with cyanoacrylate glue. The tube frame and the large open structure of the vehicle show to advantage when painted with an airbrush over primer. Desert sand and khaki shades are typical; bring out the broken-up surface with dry-brushing and a dark wash. The open structure positively invites the addition of cargo, equipment and a crew for a diorama.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
