The resin print faithfully keeps the molded ribs and the lid of a present-day plastic drum.
Drums and barrels are a classic filler for a scene, one that gives it scale and a story. Standing against a wall, stacked on a pallet or left lying in a yard, they give away the everyday running of the place. The plastic version suits present-day and postwar settings in 1:35 scale.
The parts are held on thin print supports. Before separating them it is a good idea to dip the set in hot water for a moment: the resin softens slightly, the supports are easier to cut off and the material does not chip. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue and sand with respiratory protection. A plastic surface suits a saturated base color, a fine sheen and a hint of dust and wear on the lower part.
The accessory is supplied as a resin part, unassembled and unpainted. The glue and the paints are not included in the package.
