Eduard masking set 1:35 – Pz. IV Ausf. H/J, wheels

Self-adhesive masking stencils for the road wheels of the Pz.Kpfw. IV tank in the Ausf. H and J versions in 1:35 scale. The circular masks fit the disc of the wheel exactly, so you can spray the rubber tire band in a different color without the tedium of masking by hand and with a crisp transition.

Use

  • Spray the wheels in the base color of the disc (or of the tire band) and let them dry.
  • Stick the circular mask exactly on the disc and press the edge down.
  • Overspray with the color of the rubber (usually dark gray to black).
  • Take the mask off while fresh and a crisp disc-to-rubber transition results.

For modelers building the Panzer IV Ausf. H/J in 1:35 scale who want to paint the rubber tire bands of the road wheels quickly and cleanly. The masks markedly speed up tedious, repetitive work.
