What is modeled is the launch container itself, not the whole vehicle. The model is built as an accessory for the load bed or the roof of an off-road car, and according to the manufacturer the package holds the rockets as well as the launcher itself, six of them. The castings are produced by photopolymer printing, so the edges of the launch tubes and the mounting frame come out sharp.
The LAND-LGR4 is a ground launcher for four 70 mm rockets, unguided and laser-guided alike, that is for munitions originally intended for helicopters. It was developed by the American company Arnold Defense, which showed it for the first time at a defense exhibition in London in 2017. The idea is a simple one: to carry accurate and cheap aircraft munitions over to light ground chassis that can fire and change position at once. In Ukrainian service it has appeared on up-armored off-road vehicles, and it is used against unmanned vehicles as well.
The most sensitive items are the launch tubes, which tend to be thin-walled and break off easily; separate them from the supporting grid only just before gluing. There is sense in seating the aiming frame last, so that the model can be held comfortably during painting. Matching it to the host vehicle is helped by the same base shade on both parts.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base vehicle, paints and glue are not included.
