A resin, 3D printed accessory depicting the spare wheel of the German light armored reconnaissance vehicle Sd.Kfz 222, covered with a protective canvas sleeve. This is not a vehicle kit but a separate detail that raises the fidelity of a model.
The spare wheel with its cover seats in its designated place on the bed or on the side of the vehicle. The combination of a rubber tire under taut canvas gives the model a used, field character and replaces a less detailed part from the base kit.
Wash the part free of uncured print resin residue, separate it from the print supports and sand it lightly with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend painting the canvas matte and bringing out the folds with a dry brush.
Supplied as an unpainted resin part; the vehicle model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
