On this vehicle, photo-etched sets usually make the characteristic folding anti-grenade screen over the turret, the fenders, the brackets, the loops, the grilles, the guards and the small fittings of the hull more precise. It is exactly these thin features that decide the fidelity of a finished model close up.
Separate the parts from the fret on a firm surface and make the bends along the etched grooves. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with epoxy. Degrease the metal and lay down a base coat of primer before painting. Bend the pierced screen carefully, so that it stays flat and does not deform.
