Responsibility details are not available.
It is a figure on its own in 1:35 scale, which the supplier has issued under the name Steve with the nickname Kid. Individual figures differ from large sets in their intent: they are not a crowd that fills a scene but one figure that the viewer is meant to look at. They therefore tend to be more strongly modeled and will take slower, more careful painting.
The 1:35 scale matches the absolute majority of kits of military equipment, so you will place the figure by a vehicle, in a hatch and into a scene of its own with a wall, a barrel or crates. It is precisely with a single figure that the placement decides: a figure turned toward the model will tie the scene together, whereas a figure turned away will break the attention into two places. Try several positions out dry, then, before you reach for the glue.
Before painting, wash the figure in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let it dry out perfectly. Cut surplus material and traces of manufacture off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder down lightly. Attach the small parts with cyanoacrylate super glue drop by drop. Apply a base coat and then build the shades up in thin layers. With a single figure it pays to devote time to the face: a middle skin tone, a thin dark wash into the shadows and a light touch on the forehead, the nose and the cheekbones will make most of the result.
The figure is for modelers who want to complete a model or a diorama in 1:35 scale with one striking figure, and for those who want to try figure painting out on a single piece. Neither paints nor glue are included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
