An injection-molded plastic kit of the American heavy tank T29E3 in 1:35 scale from Takom. The model offers richly detailed parts for the hull, the massive turret and the running gear. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The T29 was an American experimental heavy tank developed from 1944 as a response to the German heavy tanks. It was marked by a long, massive turret and large-caliber armament. The T29E3 variant differed from the basic configuration in its fire control instruments. The tank remained at the prototype and trials stage.
Assemble and, where needed, glue the running gear and the interior items before closing the hull. Glue with liquid cement for plastic and clean up the joints. Apply a primer before painting; an airbrush suits an even finish. Finish the patina with washes and dust or mud pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
