A resin set of American transport boxes for .30 caliber (7.62 mm) machine gun ammunition in the sheet metal (metal) pattern, in 1:35 scale from the PANZER ART brand. The boxes will serve as a faithful load, as vehicle stowage and as an element for dioramas. This is not a model of a vehicle but a standalone accessory.
American sheet metal boxes for .30 caliber machine gun ammunition were moved in great numbers during the Second World War and after it, and they were a common part of the equipment of infantry and of vehicle crews. They were used to carry ammunition belts for .30 caliber machine guns.
Wash the mold release agent off the boxes, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), and protect your airways when sanding resin. Bring the sheet metal to life with paint chipping, rust and fine lettering.
