A set of replacement wheels in modeling resin for the American MK.23 heavy tactical truck of the MTVR family (Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement). The castings replace the plastic wheels of the Trumpeter kit and faithfully reproduce the massive off-road tread pattern as well as the realistically sagged lower part of the tire.
The weighted tire effect gives this bulky truck a sense of weight and makes the finished model markedly more convincing. The set suits diorama scenes and a display case build alike. The clean castings call for a minimum of cleanup.
Before painting, separate the castings from the casting blocks, clean them up and paint them with ordinary modeling paints.
