Three figures of American soldiers in 1:35 scale for the M1070 tractor. They complete a model of heavy recovery hardware or a scene with a tank being carried.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set of three figures of American soldiers is tied to the M1070 tractor. It is a heavy American tractor meant to carry heavy hardware including tanks, which pulls a large semi-trailer and with its load forms one of the longest rigs the army operates. The figures are in 1:35 scale, the same scale in which kits of this hardware are released.
Three figures are enough for a whole small scene around the rig. One can be seated in the cab, a second placed by the load and a third a little way off, so that the scene gains depth. It is with giant rigs in particular that a human figure has special value, because otherwise the viewer cannot judge how big the vehicle really is. Try the arrangement of the figures dry before you glue them. The details of the breakdown of the parts are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water and let them dry so that the paint holds. Cut any excess material away a little distance from the part with a sharp blade and sand the remainder with fine abrasive paper. Choose both glue and paints to match the material of the parts. With driver figures it pays to paint the hands and the face before the figure is seated in the cab, because afterwards a brush will no longer reach them.
For modelers of modern American logistics and recovery hardware and for builders of dioramas with an armored vehicle being carried. It will also serve anyone who wants to add a crew and an escort to any modern American vehicle.
Paints, glue and a base are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
