The Stryker is an American wheeled armored vehicle with drive on all eight wheels. It came about as a quickly deployable complement to tracked vehicles: it is lighter than tracked carriers, it moves faster on hard roads and it fits into a transport aircraft. From one base vehicle a whole family of forms came about, differing from one another in superstructure, equipment and armament. The version is set apart in the name by the marking WINT-T B; look up the details of this form in the references for the real subject.

Cut the excess material off a little way from the part with a sharp blade and sand what remains with fine abrasive paper. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, or the paint will hold badly on the smooth surface. The manufacturer's instructions give the right glue and the surface preparation. It works well to paint small accessories away from the vehicle and to glue them on at the end: the shade of the kit tends to be different from the shade of the vehicle, and it will then show on the model.
