DEF Model 1:35 WW2 German Wagen wheels (set 2) is a resin set of replacement wheels for the Tamiya and AFV Club kits of the German Kübelwagen and Schwimmwagen light cars.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT a model of the vehicle but a resin set of replacement wheels from the South Korean maker DEF Model in 1:35 scale. It replaces the wheels from the plastic kits of the German light cars of the Kübelwagen and Schwimmwagen type by Tamiya and AFV Club. The tires have a faithful tread and a sagged lower part, and optional hub parts for both vehicles are usually included.
The wheels are fitted to the chassis of the base kit in place of the parts from the box. The optional hubs allow use on the Kübelwagen and the Schwimmwagen alike. A masking template for the rims is usually included. The accessory is meant for more experienced modelers.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and the gates and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
