Eduard 1:350 HMS King George V (lifeboats) is a photo-etched set for raising the detail of a plastic kit of the British battleship.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of photo-etched parts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, aimed at the ship's lifeboats and their fittings. It is not a ship model but an accessory for raising the detail of a plastic kit of the British battleship HMS King George V in 1:350 scale. The fine metal parts sharpen up the shape of the boats, their davits and their stowage on deck.
HMS King George V was a British battleship, the lead ship of the Royal Navy class of the same name in the period of the Second World War. Lifeboats and working boats were standard equipment on large warships and were stowed on the decks and in davits along the superstructure.
Separate the small photo-etched parts from the fret, bend the shaped sections of the boats over a suitable form and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Let the assembled boats dry thoroughly before fitting them; tweezers and a magnifier will make the work easier.
This is an add-on set, not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
